Access and Registration: You may be required to register and log in with your e-mail address or Google account to access some features on the Site (chat, loyalty point system, gift code draws, etc.). You guarantee that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete.
User Account Responsibility: You are responsible for the security of your account. You should not share your password with anyone else and you agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Loyalty Points: Participation in chat and other interactive features on the Site allows you to earn loyalty points. Points can only be used within the Site and cannot be converted to cash.
Gift Codes: Randomly distributed gift codes (Steam wallet code, Bynogame gift code, etc.) during broadcasts are given by an automatic bot. Code distribution is based on pure chance and no guarantee is given.
Abuse: Using bots, opening multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods for loyalty points or gift codes is prohibited. Such behavior may result in your account being suspended or closed.
Chat and Text-to-Speech: The chat feature and text-to-speech tool in broadcasts allow users to interact. However, you must comply with the following when using these tools: You must not send messages that contain insults, threats, discrimination, obscenity or illegal content. In addition, messages sent for text-to-speech are subject to moderation rules and inappropriate content may be blocked.
Video/Audio Playback: Video or audio files sent by users must comply with the Site's moderation policies. Copyrighted content should not be uploaded and illegal materials should not be shared.
All content on the Site (publications, logos, graphics, software, etc.) belongs to Mehmet Alper Şen or the relevant rights holders. Unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
Content uploaded by users (chat messages, video/audio files, etc.) may be used to provide and promote the Site's services. By uploading such content, you grant us a limited, royalty-free license for these purposes.
The Site and services are provided "as is". Mehmet Alper Şen cannot be held responsible for technical issues, interruptions or errors.
The use of gift codes is subject to the rules of the relevant platforms (Steam, Bynogame, etc.). There is no guarantee regarding the validity or functionality of the codes.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in case of inappropriate behavior, violation of the Terms or illegal activities.
You may close your account at any time; however, any points or gift codes earned will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the Site. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.
